Can I change my hosting account domain name?

This processes is fairly straightforward.

To request the change, log in to your Linksky Billing Services account here. (If you don't know how to access, see this post).

Click on the Order Hosting Only button right in the middle of the page.

Click on the menu next to Categories: and select Product Addons.

From the listing on the next page, find Change Domain Name. Select the domain you want to change (the current domain for your account) from the popup menu, then click the Order Now button.

On the next page, click the Checkout button.

Near the bottom in the Notes / Additional Information section, type your new domain name.

Complete the payment information, check the box for I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click the Complete Order button.

We'll confirm with you by email when the change has been implemented.

NOTES:

1) If this new domain is currently set up and an Addon or Parked domain, we'll need to remove that setting before we can make the requested change. In most cases, as a courtesy , we will Park the old domain to your account. This can easily be removed if desired.

2) If you have email set up for the old domain name, it will automatically be changed to the new domain name. For example, [e-mail] will become [e-mail].
