Is there an easy way to set up a fill-out form for my web site?

There are many ways to build a fill-out form. Below are two that we find useful.

OPTION ONE: Form Tools

If the Software/Services section of your cpanel, click on the Softacuous icon.

In the search box type Form Tools.

Form Tools is a PHP / MySQL script that provides any existing web form with a backend database and a user-friendly interface to manage the form submission data.

OPTION TWO: Wufoo

Design a form with Wufoo and it automatically builds the database, backend and scripts needed to make collecting and understanding your data easy, fast and fun.
