How do I pay an outstanding invoice?

In most cases, your account will be billed automatically. If the automatic payment fails, you'll receive a notice that you have an outstanding invoice. The Billing Services Area is where you come to pay the outstanding invoice.

This tutorial will assume that you are already logged into the Billing Services Area. If you need assistance accessing, please view the tutorial "How to Login to The Billing Services Area."

When you first log in to your account, you'll see the invoice highlighted in red.

Click on the Pay Now link. Select your payment method if it is not already selected (Credit Card or PayPal). Click the Make Payment button. On the next page you'll see the details of the invoice. Click the Pay Now button at the top.

If paying through PayPal, you'll be taken to a page to sign in to your PayPal account to complete the transaction.

If paying by credit card, make sure that all of your payment details are correct. You can use the credit card on file or enter a new credit card. Once you have verified that the information is correct, Click to Continue.

If the transaction is successful, the invoice will now be marked as Paid and a receipt will be sent to the email address in the record.

When you're finished, be sure to log out. Click on the Hello, link from the navigation bar and select Log Out from the drop down menu.
